At LIGHT Helmets, we stand behind the performance and safety of our equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused gear within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the helmet or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our safety technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
